Span Diagnostics updates on transfer of business

On 24 January 2014

Span Diagnostics pursuant to the Business Purchase Agreement (BPA) entered between Span Diagnostics and Arkray Healthcare on 24 January 2014, has transferred its business undertaking to Arkray Healthcare with effect from 05 March 2015. Resultant of which Span Biotronics ceases to be subsidiary of Span Diagnostics with effect from the same date of transfer.
