Spanco announces resignation of compliance officer

With effect from 17 July 2014

Spanco announced that Abhishek Joshi, Compliance officer of the Company has resigned from the service of the Company w.e.f 17 July 2014.

Further, Rachita Gohil has been appointed as "Assistant Company Secretary" of the Company w.e.f. 17 July 2014.
