Speciality Restaurants enters into deed assignment for transfer of leasehold rights

For property situated at Sankrail, Howrah

Speciality Restaurants has entered into a deed of assignment with West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) and M/s. Sumash Developers on 28 December 2016 to transfer leasehold rights of the Company in respect of the property (Plot No.F-27A admeasuring 2.48 acres situated at Sudha Ras Food Park II, Sankrail, Howrah).
