Sri Malini Spinning Mills announced that due to unavoidable administrative reasons, the request for extension of time for holding AGM 2015 on or before 31 December 2015 has been sought and obtained from ROC, Coimbatore. The Date of the same will be intimated duly to the esteemed stock exchange once scheduled.
