SRM Energy to hold board meeting

SRM Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 August 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on 30 June 2016, to approve the notice of 29th Annual General Meeting along with the fixation of the date, place and time for convening the AGM and also approving the Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion Analysis Report.
