SRS Real Infrastructure fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 14 January 2015

SRS Real Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2015, inter-alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 20,10,16,000 equity shares as bonus issue in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity shares to the shareholders appearing as on record date i.e. 14 January 2015.
