State Bank of Travancore announces change in directorate

State Bank of Travancore announced about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Bank:

1. Neeraj Vyas, Chief General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries), State Bank of India, Mumbai nominated as the Director with immediate effect under Section 25 (1) (c) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 in place of B. Ramesh Babu who has resigned from the post of Director of the Bank.

2. Ravi Nandan Sahay, Chief General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries), State Bank of India, Mumbai nominated as the Director with immediate effect under Section 25 (1) (c) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 in place of Shri Ramesh Chandra Srivastava who has resigned from the post of Director of the Bank.
