Steel Authority of India to hold board meeting

Steel Authority of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to take on record the Audited Accounts (Subject to review under section 143(5) of the Companies Act, 2013) for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2015 and also to consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
