Subros announced that K. Shimokawa has been appointed as Director of the Company representing Denso Corporation, Japan in place of Y. Makino with effect from 03 November 2014.Further the Company has inform that Y. Kajita has been appointed as an Alternate Director for K. Shimokawa representing Denso Corporation, Japan with effect from 03 November 2014.
