Sujana Towers allots equity shars

Sujana Towers announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27 November 2015, allotted 46,29,629 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 44/- per share, to the promoters/promoter's Group incompliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package.
