Sunflag Iron & Steel Company allots equity shares

On preferential basis

Sunflag Iron & Steel Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 September 2014, has approved the issue and allotment of 1,80,21,945 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Ten) each at a premium of Rs. 21/- (Twenty One) to Daido Steel Co., Japan on preferential basis.
