Among the other constituents of the index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd decreased 2.6% and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd lost 1.34% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 27.2 % over last one year compared to the 6.15% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Sunteck Realty Ltd has added 5.39% over last one month compared to 5.58% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 4.76% rise in the SENSEX.
