Swaraj Engines appoints chairman

At board meeting held on 20 October 2014

Swaraj Engines announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014, inter alia, has have appointed Sudhir Mankad as Chairman of the Board in place of G. P. Gupta who consequent to his resignation ceased to be the Director of the Company after the conclusion of the last Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 31 July 2014.
