Swarnsarita Gems to hold board meeting

Swarnsarita Gems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 March 2015, to consider acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sanction letter for availing various credit facilities by the Company and to authorize any one of the Directors of the Company to sign and execute relevant agreement in connection thereof.
