Syncom Formulations (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year Ended 31 March 2016 (Q4) and recommend the dividend on the equity shares of Rs. 1/- each of the Company for the Year Ended 31 March 2016, if any.
