Tata Chemicals announced the appointment of following directors -

Appointment of Padmini Khare Kaicker as Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 01 April 2018 upto 31 March 2023 (both days inclusive);

Appointment of Zarir Langrana as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 01 April 2018 upto 31 March 2023 (both days inclusive).
