Tata Chemicals receives NCLT approval for merger scheme

Tata Chemicals announced that National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated 23 April 2020, sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption, under Section 234 read with Section 230 to Section 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, of Bio Energy Venture - 1 (Mauritius) (a 100% subsidiary of the Company) by Tata Chemicals.
