Tata Elxsi allots 3.11 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

Tata Elxsi has allotted 3,11,38,220 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) to the shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members as on record date of 19 September 2017.
