Tata Sponge Iron updates on status of its coal blocks

Radhikapur (East) Coal Block gets de-allocated

Tata Sponge Iron announced that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has recently pronounced the coal block allocation process as illegal and cancelled allocation of all, but four blocks. Radhikapur (East) Coal Block allocated to Tata Sponge Iron and its co-allottees stands to get de-allocated accordingly. The future course of action is under examination.
