Scheme becomes effective from 08 December 2014

Tech Mahindra announced that the that the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Mahindra Engineering Services Limited ('MESL') with Tech Mahindra has become effective from 08 December 2014 upon the filing of e-Form INC - 28 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra - Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
