Tecpro Systems announces withdrawal of nominee director

Tecpro Systems announced that State Bank of India, Leather and International Branch, M.V.J. Towers" 177/1, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010 ("SBI) has withdrawn its Nominee Director Narayanan Krishnan from the Board of the Company vide its letter dated 21 July 2015 as SBI has assigned the total debts due from the Company to Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company.
