Thomas Cook (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 February 2018, to consider and approve the Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2018 - General and Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2018 - Senior Management, and approve the postal ballot notice for obtaining Shareholders approval for the proposed ESOP Schemes.
