Torrent Pharmaceuticals completes acquisition of 100% in Zyg Pharma

Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced that with reference to companies earlier announcement dated 05 May 2015 intimating the signing of Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% stake in Zyg Pharma, a company engaged in manufacturing various dermatological formulations like creams, ointments, gels, lotions and solutions, the conditions precedent and closing conditions have been satisfied and the entire equity was transferred to the Company on 17 July 2015.
