Transgene Biotek will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 December 2014 to approve the annual consolidated accounts of the Company, to fix the date for convening the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company, to fix the date of book closure, and to consider the appointment of new directors and resignation of the existing directors.
