On private placement basis
Trent has issued and allotted 1000 Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 10 lakh each at par aggregating to Rs 100 crore on private placement basis. The proceeds from the issue will be used towards refinancing of existing debt.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
