Trigyn Technologies allots equity shares

Trigyn Technologies announced that the Board of Directors allotted 2,62,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each on exercise of stock options under The Trigyn Technologies Limited Employee Stock Option Plan- 2000 scheme, to the employees, covered under the scheme.
