Triveni Turbine announced the schedule of activities for buyback of upto 66,66,666 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re.1 each of the Company at a price of Rs.150 per equity share -

Buyback Opening Date - 14 January 2019
Buyback Closing Date - 25 January 2019

Last date of receipt of completed Tender Forms and other specified documents including physical share certificates (if and as applicable) by the Registrar to the Buyback - 28 January 2019

Last date of intimation to the Stock Exchange regarding Acceptance/ non-acceptance by the Registrar to the Buyback - 05 February 2019
