Turnover on NSE's F&O segment jumps

Nifty March futures trade at premium
The Nifty March 2018 futures traded at 10366, at a premium of 5.85 points from Nifty's spot closing of 10360.15 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment increased to Rs 13.35 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 8 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 50.75 points or 0.49% to settle at 10,360.15.
State Bank of India, Reliance Industries, Tata Steel, Jubilant Foodworks and NIIT Technologies were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. State Bank of India March 2018 futures traded at 254.75, at a premium from spot closing of 253.25. Reliance IndustriesMarch 2018 futures traded at 916.50, at a premium from spot closing of 911.

Tata Steel March 2018 futures traded at 614.15, at a premium from spot closing of 612.20. Jubilant Foodworks March 2018 futures traded at 2158.05, at a discount from spot closing of 2159.95. NIIT Technologies March 2018 futures traded at 950.60, at a discount from spot closing of 966.40.
The March 2018 F&O contracts expire on 28 March 2018.
