From CARE and ICRA
TV18 Broadcast has received reaffirmation in credit rating from CARE and ICRA as follows -CARE has reaffirmed the credit rating of 'CARE A1+ (A One Plus)' to the Company's Commercial Paper issue of Rs. 750 crore (enhanced from Rs. 600 crore).
ICRA has reaffirmed the credit rating of '[ICRA] A1+' to the Company's Commercial Paper issue of Rs. 750 crore (enhanced from Rs. 400 crore).
Further, the rating for Company's Long / Short term Fund / Non-Fund Limits remain unchanged.
