UFO Moviez India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2016 and recommend a final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2016 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
