UltraTech Cement announces change in statutory auditors

With effect from 28 August 2015

UltraTech Cement announced that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 August 2015 the Members of the Company have appointed M/s. BSR & Co. LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company subject to ratification by the Members at every Annual General Meeting till the 19th Annual General Meeting.
