Ultratech Cement to consider accounts

Ultratech Cement will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 April 2018, to consider, inter alia, approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018; rec6mmending dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2018; issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis for the operations of the Company.
