Vakrangee allots 52.94 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

Vakrangee has allotted 52,94,01,545 equity shares of Re 1 each as fully paid bonus shares. Consequent to the allotment of shares, the paid up share capital has increased to Rs 105.88 crore dividend into 105,88,03,090 equity shares of Re 1 each fully paid.
