Vakrangee Softwares will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 May 2014 To consider & approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014, to recommend final Dividend for the FY 2013-14, if any, and to consider and approve appointment of T Sitharthan as the Nominee Director on the board of the Company as proposed by The Life Insurance Corporation of India.
