Vakrangee to hold board meeting

Vakrangee will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 September 2014, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014, to finalise dates of book closure, to fix the date, time and venue of AGM of the company, and other matters.
