Vandana Knitwear announced the resignation of Babulal Jain (DIN 02387803) as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 09 October, 2019 after closing of business hours. However, he will continue as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The company also announced the resignation of Vinay Jha (DIN 08532042) as Executive Director of the Company With effect from 09 October, 2019 after closing of business hours.
