VCU Data Management to hold board meeting

VCU Data Management will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 September 2014, to take note of E voting Agreement, to note disclosure of interest of the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Company, and consider adoption of Director's Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014.
