Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works appoints director

With effect from 30 March 2015

Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works announced that Arthi Anand has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company vide Resolution by Circulation dated 30 March 2015 passed by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, her appointment has been made w.e.f. 30 March 2015.
