Veer Energy & Infrastructure to hold board meeting

Veer Energy & Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to consider, adopt and take on record the quarterly unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2014, and to consider and if thought fit, to pass necessary resolutions through postal ballot as required by the Companies Act, 2013 and to appoint scrutinizer for the whole process.
