Veer Energy & Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 January 2016, to consolidate the Equity Shares of the Company, & to approve the draft notice convening Extra Ordinary General Meeting for consolidation of Equity Shares and amendment in Memorandum of Association of the Company.
