Viaan Industries has fixed 29 September 2016 as Book Closure date for the purpose of Bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1 (i.e. in the proportion of 2 (two) new equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each).
