Vikas GlobalOne fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 15 November 2014

Vikas GlobalOne has fixed 15 November 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of issue Bonus Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company in the ratio 3:2 (i.e. three bonus equity share of Rs. 1/- for every two paid up equity share of Rs. 1/- each held).
