Visa Steel announced that the Company had sought for extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2016 by 3 (three) months from the Registrar of Companies, Orissa.The Registrar of Companies, Orissa has granted such extension i.e up to 31 December 2016 for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
