Visagar Polytex will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2014, to adopt the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2014, to adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended 30 June 2014 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date, and to recommend a dividend, if any.
