Voltas standalone net profit rises 16.65% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 2.03% to Rs 1844.61 crore

Net profit of Voltas rose 16.65% to Rs 177.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 151.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 2.03% to Rs 1844.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1882.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 3.09% to Rs 501.23 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 486.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 7.64% to Rs 5772.68 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 5362.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
