Volumes jump at Blue Star counter

Gujarat Gas, Sasken Communication Technologies, GAIL (India) and OnMobile Global are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 20 November 2015.

Blue Star clocked volume of 1.78 lakh shares by 14:21 IST on BSE, a 59.90 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock rose 0.5% at Rs 362.15.

Gujarat Gas notched up volume of 1.79 lakh shares, a 8.98-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 20,000 shares. The stock gained 8.1% at Rs 524.

Sasken Communication Technologies saw volume of 1.45 lakh shares, a 6.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 24,000 shares. The stock advanced 10.49% at Rs 355.10

 

GAIL (India) clocked volume of 5.30 lakh shares, a 5.57-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 95,000 shares. The stock jumped 11.08% at Rs 352.

OnMobile Global saw volume of 10.11 lakh shares, a 5.49-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.84 lakh shares. The stock surged 16.83% at Rs 124.25.
