Clariant Chemicals (India) clocked volume of 71,000 shares by 13:40 IST on BSE, a 23.99-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock surged 13.61% at Rs 984.40 after the company said it has received an aggregate consideration of Rs 1102.50 crore in full & final payment in connection with its agreement to sell its land in Kolshet, Thane. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 31 December 2014.
IVRCL notched up volume of 87.28 lakh shares, a 16.02-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 5.45 lakh shares. The stock jumped 11.89% at Rs 18.35.
D B Realty saw volume of 14.31 lakh shares, a 5.11-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.80 lakh shares. The stock advanced 12.78% at Rs 79.
Force Motors saw volume of 3.39 lakh shares, a 4.61-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 73,000 shares. The stock surged 11.32% at Rs 1,196.80.
Andhra Bank saw volume of 16.97 lakh shares, a 3.67-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4.62 lakh shares. The stock rose 2.43% at Rs 96.90.
