Godrej Consumer Products clocked volume of 12.11 lakh shares by 13:42 IST on BSE, a 80.09-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 15,000 shares. The stock rose 2.92% to Rs 886.25.
Oberoi Realty notched up volume of 5.07 lakh shares, a 73.68-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock galloped 14.27% to Rs 199 after a block deal of 4.33 lakh shares was executed on BSE at Rs 180 per share at 11:13 IST. The block deal constitutes 0.13% of Oberoi Realty's equity.
Torrent Power saw volume of 8.89 lakh shares, a 13.6-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 65,000 shares. The stock surged 4.91% to Rs 86.60.
