Info Edge (India) clocked volume of 2.47 lakh shares by 13:43 IST on BSE, a 23.62-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock rose 0.55% at Rs 449.
SRF notched up volume of 2.82 lakh shares, a 16.39-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 17,000 shares. The stock spurted 8.72% at Rs 224.40.
South Indian Bank saw volume of 27.97 lakh shares, a 12.4-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.26 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.7% to Rs 20.90.
Shoppers Stop clocked volume of 5.51 lakh shares, a 8.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 68,000 shares. The stock rose 3.52% to Rs 341.35.
