Volumes jump at Symphony counter

V-Mart Retail, Blue Star, Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management and Supreme Industries are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes at 14:18 IST on BSE today, 1 February 2018.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 149.41 points or 0.42% at 36,114.43.

Symphony clocked volume of 3.42 lakh shares, a 81.25-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 4,000 shares. The stock advanced 2.08% at Rs 1,848.55.

V-Mart Retail notched up volume of 1.07 lakh shares, a 64.25-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock declined 1.25% at Rs 1,477.35.

Blue Star saw volume of 2.03 lakh shares, a 62.93-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock was down 1.99% at Rs 737.

 

Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management clocked volume of 10.99 lakh shares, a 21.15-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 52,000 shares. The stock lost 0.61% at Rs 283.85.

Supreme Industries saw volume of 3.45 lakh shares, a 16.99-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 20,000 shares. The stock fell 2.18% at Rs 1,275.15.
